Relationship Counselling:
Our therapists are Registered Clinical Counsellors. Most major insurance providers cover a certain amount towards counselling fees provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor. We encourage you to check with your insurance to ensure our services are covered.
We provide a detailed receipt following each session. Follow your insurers instructions for submitting the receipt through your extended health benefits plan (often this can be done online).
We offer direct billing options to certain insurance companies.
Please note: counselling is not covered by MSP.

Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
If your session isn’t covered through direct billing:
> In-person appointments can be paid using the credit card on file or via debit.
> Virtual appointments will be charged to the credit card on file.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including contactless payments. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac Debit.
Please note: we do not accept cash or e-transfer payments.
We kindly require 48-hours notice for cancellation, rescheduling, or no-shows to ensure fairness to you, your counsellor, and other clients. The cancellation fee is the full cost of the counselling session.
If the appointment is outside of the 48-hour cancellation window you can cancel or update the appointment through your Jane account (created when the appointment was originally booked) or reach out to us to reschedule.
