Discover a Journey Toward Clarity & Balance

Welcome to a supportive space to navigate life’s complexities with practical strategies, resilience and confidence. Whether you’re facing relationship concerns, trauma, seeking personal growth, or other experiences, I walk alongside you with a tailored approach to your unique journey. Together, we can build a path toward empowerment, greater well-being and achieving meaningful goals.

Explore, Heal & Thrive Within a Safe Environment

With over seven years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve supported neurodivergent individuals, as well as, BIPOC, Indigenous, and 2SLGBTQI+ communities, in helping navigate systemic barriers, trauma, exploring identity and more. I also specialize in addressing a wide range of concerns, including childhood separation, intergenerational trauma, addiction recovery, masculinity, career development, and more.

From a holistic and goal-oriented perspective, I incorporate mindfulness practices, nutrition, movement, social connection, and nature, creating a framework for growth which honours you, as you are. Through culturally sensitive counselling tailored to your needs, I acknowledge the realities of your experiences shaped by a complex interplay of personal and systemic factors. I strive to understand your experiences with compassion and trauma-informed care.
