With a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, I integrate various theories including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). When traditional words are not enough to express your journey, EMDR can assist in processing past experiences, and reduce distress for lasting healing. By utilizing CBT, we can enhance emotional resilience by learning how to identify and manage triggers and stressors effectively.
Whether you’re experiencing occupational stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, a desire for deeper self-understanding, or other experiences, I am here to walk alongside you. With expertise in aiding first responders, handling court-related matters, and supporting a range of personal experiences from relational violence to grief and body image concerns, my goal is to equip you with practical tools and strategies to help you move forward with confidence.
